I am fascinated by interactions, tend to ruminate and notice patterns and the way components interact, intersect and influence other components and the synergistic effects they produce and want to record them in one place mainly for me.
Maybe there is something for you here, maybe there isn’t.

What is a healthy system?
How would you define Health?
As I write this I am thinking of the human body which leads me to potentially a layered definition of health.
There is the human body – which is an intricate web of systems which interact and depend on each other and feedback to each other. An amazingly reslilient design.
Then there is keeping the system in balance and healthy.
So is the definition of health – a well designed system, where each of the components support each other, in balance?
